Mushroom Farm
Project Summary
The goal is to design, develop and test a device which enable a process by which coffee waste is collected and used as a growing medium to produce oyster mushrooms. This will be based on primary and secondary market research, sustainability and ethical analysis.
The project requirements are:
Use low cost hardware solutions (Not exceed the budget of 100 €);
Comply with the following EU Directives:
